I bring a lifetime of interest in existential issues to my practice as a clinical counselor, psychotherapist, and counselor educator.\u00a0 As a graduate of Antioch College, I have also been formed by a long tradition of progressive education. \nYears of research have shown the counseling relationship accounts for more change than does any specific technique. More recent research supports the need for counselors to seek feedback from their clients.<\/p>\n

Sexuality in counseling<\/strong>
\nSexuality is an important issue for our clients, but is rarely addressed in counselor education programs.<\/p>\n

Film, drama, and acting in counselor\u00a0education<\/strong>
\nThese arts can help counseling trainees to understand varied perspectives. They can also help trainees prepare to work with clients.<\/p>\n
